Movie Ravana [2009]
Loose Mada Yogesh's first remake movie Ravana , has come out with a old elements with new way of presentation. Yogish Hunsur, a well known director has remaked hit Tamil movie Kadal Kondein , into Ravana with a keen care. Except with minor lacking contents Ravana is a good movie by the team. Vinod(Yogesh) a orphan boy, who knows nothing about external world except his orphanage home. He comes to city to continue his engineering studies, where all his co-students maintain distance because of his messiness and boorish habits. Divya(Sanchita Padukone), his classmate will be attracted towards Vinod's intelligence, she helps him in getting everything except LOVE. Divya‘s helping nature will look like love to Vinod, but unfortunately Divya will be in love with Adhi(Santhosh). More or less director managed to keep the main aspect of the original movie. Yogesh is better his performance, Sanchita Padukone, is average, needs to be worked on his acting skills rather than glamour, Santhosh is OK. Director is not bad in remaking the original, should've showed his talent in script. Music by Abhiman Ray is superbly scores marks, lyrics adds to it effort. Other than these things no fresh contents can be found. f you've missed to watch Kadal Kondein or needs to know how it is remaked…Just watch n enjoy, it won't lets you get bored.
