Premigagi Ni, but not we: Review

Rajesh Ramanath’s 100th film, many of his fans waited to have a good music from him, but he have failed in impressing his fans and Kannada Film audience. Same applicable to new faces in this movie.

Two young lover (Shankar and Vandana), loves each other like great lovers, and wanted to marry after finishing hero’s graduate. In middle of this some rumors about hero’s city life comes to know to heroine, without confirming this she marry’s to hero’s friends. This makes our hero to become Devadas. They meet very frequently, but with some unbelievable situations. The story is simple and quite good, but portrayed in ghastly way.

Shankar doesn’t fit to be a good hero, he should have tried his acting in front of his room mirror. Vandana, just forget her. Appu Venkatesh is not bad, Umashree, Dwarikesh as a guest appearance are good. Director Snehapriya doesn’t create any love through his film. Script is dull, story says that small rumor can spoil a life, does it is acceptable (?!). Music has given no freshness, lyrics, dialogues really bad. It seems that ‘Premigagi Na’ team had over-confidence, while doing this movie.

‘Premigagi Ni’, but not we. Watch the movie, if you have enough time and money, if not……..(?)
