Jeeva Huvagide....: Review
Jeeva , a Kannada film by Prabhu Srinivas is intelligently copied from some of the non-Kannada films including Hollywood thrills. Instead Jeeva the movie should've been named as Jeeva Loves Janaki, why just read the story.
Jeeva(Prajval Devaraj) a jolly go student and a son of honest politician, takes life as easy, he falls in love for Janaki(Ruthva). Though Janaki is from middle class family, she will not like Jeeva because of his insolence, because of circumstances she marries Jeeva, but he rejects her. Jeeva starts rejecting his love, friends, why he does so falls rest of Jeeva.
The main drawback for the movie is lack of story, no fresh elements can be seen, where most of the scenes are taken from 90's Kannada and non-Kannada movie. The way some scenes dragged makes audience to yawn. Debutant director Prabhu Srinivas though known as well choreographer, but should've give some fresh items in the movie. Gurukiran's music is good, camerawork scores marks, but direction, dialogue, script should've been much better.
Comedy is average, Prajval Devaraj has done his work neatly, Ruthva not much to say, but yet to learn lot, Chandrashekar and Gurudat are done their work at ease. Jeeva is a good movie for Prajval and Gurukiran's fans. So once you can watch without any hesitation.
