Jaaji Mallige, smelling great : Review
Remaking from language to language is not surprise many made success in original, but failed in remake and vice-versa. Added to such category is Jaaji Mallige, a remake Tamil movie 'Devathai Kandain'.
Ramu(Ajai Rao) a tea vendor, who falls in love with Uma(Gowri Munjal) a college girl froma rich family. When Ramu supplies tea in the college, where Uma studies, both becomes friends, friendship turns to love, at the same time Uma's parents finds a doctor groom for Uma. After love, songs...... Uma decides that marrying Ramu is not worth. What Ramu do to get his love is Jaaji Mallige. Comedy by Komal, Bulelt Prakash is surperb, where they run behind Uma to get her love, but finally Ramu succeds.
Ajai after Taj-Mahal has give a good acting in this, Gowri Munjal is wonderful in some scenes, but wasteful in few, Komal, Bullet Prakash and other are done their work neatly, director Anantharaju also done a great job by trimming unnecessary scenes, but failed in taking a fresh music from Sadhu Kokila, climax is the most important for Jaaji Mallige, few drawbacks are found like keeping some scenes of original movie.
Don't miss a worth watchable movie.
