S. Narayan after givina a hit film ‘Cheluvina Chittara’, has come back with ‘Chaitrada Chandrama, both starst with ‘CC’, but there Ganesh was her, here S. Narayan’s son Pankaj is hero.
Pankaj Kumar(Pankaj) who wants to become a great cricket star, and Amulya(Amulya) who is a young college girl, she fall sin love with Pankaj Kumar, few of the conditions in their life makes them to run off, on the same days aspirated cricketer Pankaj who is selected to play in the team, he forgets all this and elopes.
Amulya’s father files a charge sheet on Pankaj and Pankaj will be thrown out of the house, what he does? Nothing special, but score century in the match and wins the hear of everyone, especially his father and father-in-law’s heart.
Story seems simple, but S. Narayan should’ve made the script tight, he have failed in doing so. As a director, lyricist, music scores marks. Pankaj has tried to do his work neatly, but chances are their to learn, Amulya gets a cute marks, Shobaraj, Pallakki, and others are just adds their effort to the film.
This film reminds you the latest Kannada film ‘Sixer’ apart from songs. Don’t miss if you are a fan of ‘cricket’ and ‘S. Narayan’.
