After a great ‘success' of Shishya, Prince Star Deepak has come with the same getup in the movie Channa. You already have seen such story lined since past years.

Let me tell you the entire film in a few lines. Channa(Deepak) who born and bought up in a small village, he looses his parents in the village this was made by a few people. Some few situations makes Channa to leave his village and come to city to save his own life. Later few days he returns to village to take revenge against the people who killed his parents. This is a one line story of this week released film ‘Channa'. In middle you sure have the ‘usual' comedy of comedian Bullet Prakash.

Director Umesh. K has taken worthy work from Deepak only in fighting, but he faile dot take acting from him, other things he handled in a ‘serious' way. Madhupriya is not as expected, Padmavasanthi as usual done her part neatly as a mother, Poonam ohhh… forget it. One special thing about this film is that producer Sampath Kumar to save money, he has written story, script and also provided money to film. Music by Venkat-Narayan is average, camerawork by JG. Krishna is superb.
