Bombat [2008] Bombat
only for Ganesh's 'Great' fans Review We were waited to se this Bombat, it has now released, sure it has not satisfied our expectations. This was the words of audience who came out of theatre after watching the move. He is Anand(Ganesh) who will be given a responsibility by an police officer to protect his daughter Shalini(Ramya) against rowdies. How intelligent Anand protects Shalini is the Bombat. Meanwhile, romance between them, songs…..over acting etc.,. Anand an intelligent chess player, plays both with his friends also with rowdies. Anand uses his guts force to protect Shalini against rowdies. This climax as you known, a fight by Ganesh. Bombat seems to be a mix of pure Telugu films, many scenes of Bombat is ‘stolen’ from the recent Telugu hit films, story writer who watches Telugu Film more, have fooled director and producer by presenting this story to their Bombat film. Ganesh is average as he will be liked from his fight, bad acting of Ganesh is simply to be ignored, success may have decreased Ganesh’ acting? Ramya who turned back to Kannada Film has too not impressed her fans. Apart from these two other characters have done their part neatly, in this regard Adi Lokesh is well acted. Music by Manomurthy is not good except from two songs Maatinalli Helalarenu…. And Chinna Hele Hegiruve… director D. Rajendra Babu has done his work more interestingly, but failed in choosing a good story. Don’t miss this film, if you are a fan of Ganesh, if you watch only Ganesh and Ramya lead pair will be availed as entertainment to you.
